The agents caring for each case are available to meet with parents the night before the transport to answer questions and ease anxiety.

Safety and Privacy

In extreme circumstances, some youth may not be candidates for public transit. Safe Journey offers private transport options including a private jet and pilot. This option is also available for families with particular interest in anonymity and privacy.

Health Provisions

For the transport of youth with heath concerns, a registered nurse with psychiatric nursing training is available.
