Helping Families With At-Risk Youth

The way adolescents are treated and counseled during the transport has great bearing on how receptive they will be to the chosen school or program. So, while the use of handcuffs, binding adolescents, and/or using leg shackles seems to be increasing in our industry, as trained professionals, we understand that a child is not a hardened criminal and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
